Norms for Christjyoti

Fees

Tuition fees can be paid at any of the following banks:
a) UNITED BANK OF INDIA, M.G Avenue Imphal branch.
b) UNITED BANK OF INDIA, Mantripukhri branch.
c) STATE BANK OF INDIA, Mantripukhri branch.
Parents/Guardians must see that monthly tuition fees are paid as per instruction on the fee challan.
Tuition fees must be paid for 12 calendar months.
No student will be allowed to sit for the examinations untill all dues up to date are paid. Then only admit card for examination will be issued.
Students leaving the school during any term will have to pay the fees for the full term.

Library

There should be perfect silence in the library. The books and magazines are to be handled with utmost care.
Students of a particular class should visit the library only on the days alloted by the school authority and not at any time.
Magazines and reference books are not allowed to be taken out of the library.
Only one book will be issued at a time.
A book can be taken for a period of one week only. But if anyone wish to keep it longer, he/she should bring the book to the library on due date and should renew it for another week, failing which a fine will be imposed by the librarian at the rate of ₹ 10/ -per day after the due date.

Absence and Leave

Leave will be granted only on written request by parents/guardians.
Reason for leave is to be given while applying for leave and the permission for the same will be given by Principal/Headmistress of the school.
Absence due to illness from the school for more than 3 days should be supported by a medical certificate/medical prescription.
Students who are absent from school without permission of the school authority for 10 consecutive days or more will have their name struck off from the roll.

Uniform

Monday to Thursday

BOYS: White shirt with school logo, grey pants, maroon sweater with school logo, black shoes with school logo and school Id-card
GIRLS: White shirt with school logo, grey skrit, maroon sweater with school logo, black shoes, red tie with stripes, white socks with school logo, red belt and school Id-card.

Friday and Saturday

BOYS: White pants, black belt, white shoes, school t-shirt, white socks with school logo and school Id-card.
GIRLS: White skirt, red belt, white shoes with lace, school t-shirt, white socks with school logo and school Id-card.
